Convenient location, really near the tram station, apartment is clean, everything is good. Also, the host can quickly respond my questions.

Great location, easy to find, many izakayas and combinis nearby. Very clean! Loved the bathroom. Very hot water.

There was no noise cancellation, so you could hear outside noise, chairs scraping upstairs, and people next door when trying to sleep at night. The person next door kept hitting the bed against the wall, disrupting our sleep. The beds weren't to our liking as it was too soft and lumpy but that is personal preference!

Clean bed linen, comfy bed.

Slow staff response, failed to send the check in details and I have waited for a long time.

unfortunately aircon broke and made a terrible noise all night, even when turned off completely.
