ININThe overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better. However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night.

I booked 150 metre square room as the booking confirmed in writing, but was given a room 303 which is about 50 metre square. The staff disputed and denied this, and showed that they believe 150 sq metres is the same as 150 sq feet (hint: it’s not). On a practical level, the door card did not function properly, nor could the staff easily access the room with their key. On a financial level, I paid cash on checking in, was not given a receipt on request: then the following evening began to receive email demands from Treebo to settle the bill. Overall I would never return.
Felt comfortable, clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast room service was really nice. Has some problem reaching them to change my booking and the wifi connection in the room did not work. Ask them to address but they said it was my phone even though it didn’t work on the smart tv either.
