Shame the washing machine was broken when we stayed

Really spacious flat perfect for 7 to 8 people.

The washing machine was broken, given that it took quite a long time to work out how to switch it on and the pile of laundry, sitting waiting to be washed my assumption is that the property managers/owners knew it was broken already. We have been traveling for two weeks and needed to do quite a bit of laundry. It was one of the reasons for booking the flat. By 1.30 in the morning, we could not get it working so we gave a small load to the property manager’s the next day which we got back wet and not in time for the function we were going to. We had to go into town to purchase clothing , I did ask for a refund on this, but they have ignored me. We had also asked if there was any chance of a late check out so we could get mor en laundry done but that was also declined. At 10 o’clock on the dot a member of the team walked straight into the house, just as we were cleaning up after breakfast and was walking around us as we were trying to pack the car. It was really uncomfortable. In our haste to leave, we sadly left our cups and food and everything. It was a really uncomfortable experience. I work in hospitality and one of the reasons why I travel so much. I’ve never seen anything like it, and I would never treat my guest in that manner. I stay in Bath five times a year and this is without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a self catering house/apartment.

beautiful property ideal for couples or a group. parking, near public transport into Bath. the house has everything you could want for a short stay. the parking directions were very useful and the hosts let us park the car before our check in.

nothing. however it is usual to only get lockbox code 15 mins before check in, this caused some anxiety.

Excellent find, 20 mins walk to the Forum for a concert. Bus route nearby, parking space, clean and tidy. Great communication from owner. Nicely decorated and staged, plenty of room for a large group.

It would be helpful for both keysafes to have the same code so you can enter via the front or back door.

Spacious inside and very clean. Great that there was free parking.
