Spacious and stylish home Bath

Central to bath and easy to hop on train around the corner to get into town

Parking at the back of the property is extremely tight. We had a Range Rover and a transit van and had to reverse down the back of the alleyway to get parked. Luckily my Husband is a fantastic Parker so wasn’t a problem for us but could be if you’re not confident in shunting back and forwards. Host was hard to get in touch with as didn’t answer any emails through booking com? Then at the last minute she said the property we booked wasn’t available and had offered me a like for like property and she was waiting my response on it? I knew nothing about this and had received no emails etc from her or booking? Really strange? I accepted alternative and then Host was great. Paintwork was very tired and could definitely do with a new lick of paint and garden could do with weeding but otherwise perfect and clean thank you

Had everything we needed for a great stay, including some welcome extras like coffee pods, sugar, teabags, and condiments, as well as essentials like washing up liquid and cleaning products. House was really spacious, and so were the bedrooms. Good decor, artwork, and nice decorative touches made the place feel homely. Great place for a bunch of friends to spend a few days catching up. Good amenities nearby, but not too far from the centre of Bath for the tourist attractions. Would definitely book again and recommend it to friends.

Could do with an extra easy chair in the lounge area and a side table in the bay window to really add that extra touch of convenience

Very spacious. Four good sized rooms. Very clean and tidy

Apart from the bed in the top room the other three beds were quite hard. One had broken slats.

Home was nice and spacious, lovely to have separate washing machine and dryer in laundry. The loft bedroom had a lovely view of the city.

Accessing the parking space via the narrow back laneway was a bit challenging in a mid-sized SUV.
