Great location, well equipped. Ideal for longer stay as well, and great for families due to proximity to playground, bakery, bus stops. The company managing the property is really communicative, flexible and helpful!
The insulation of the building in general is not the best, so you might need earplugs for sleeping.

Super nah gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tiefgarage und Lift vorhanden.
Eine Salatschüssel und ein paar mehr Trinkgläser wären schön gewesen.

Квартира уютная,оригинальный дизайн,чисто и удобное месторасположение, есть парковка.
Отсутствовал интернет. Точнее он должен был бы быть,но не работал совсем. Если у вас достаточно мобильных данных,то это не проблема,но имейте в виду. А также подушки некомфортные.
