According to me the facilities they are providing at this budget is so nice. It is a good hotel

I just want to tell you that just visit this hotel you will love this hotel. My overall experience was so good especially the cleanliness of the hotel and staff was so humble.

Everything Irresponsible, cold attitude, careless. I called on the number that was given on my bookings confirmation page. I made multiple calls to inform that I'll check in at midnight but all calls went unanswered. Before reaching the hotel, i tried to call again and this time the person who answered, simply refused to help me and asked me to use Google to navigate the way to the hotel(which i already did but reached a different location). I took someone's help (a local resident), who helped me to reach the hotel. When I informed the reception about my booking then he simply refused. He did not allow me and my family to check in. I did show my booking to them but nothing helped. And I had to book another hotel. Reason: what i have observed on my trip is on Saturday nights, most of their hotels are booked by unmarried couples (which is fine) but there is no quality. The rooms they show are completely different from the images they have given on the booking platforms. Small rooms, non working tv, AC, smelly rooms, untidy walls, etc This is feedback for platforms like bookings, MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo, etc - do some random checks to verify that your enlisted hotel is actually providing what is offered in your portal.
