NUOVO appartamento bella vista vicino al mare

La casa è molto grande, accogliente e pulita. Ottimo per 4 persone, ognuno ha la sua stanza. L’atmosfera esterna è magica, piscina pulita, si può mangiare anche fuori. L’unica pecca è che la sera se si lasciano le finestre aperte, non essendoci le zanzariere entrano un sacco di insetti tra cui zanzare.

La struttura e la location sono meravigliose: immerse nel verde e molto tranquilla e a 10min di macchina da porto Recanati.

La casa presenta diverse mancanze che purtroppo hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole del previsto: • La televisione è talmente piccola da risultare quasi inutilizzabile (più piccola dello schermo del mio computer). • Mancano completamente le zanzariere e, considerando che la zona è piena di zanzare, questo ha creato un notevole disagio. • Non vengono fornite le dotazioni essenziali, come carta igienica (solo un rotolo per 9 giorni di soggiorno), shampoo o bagnoschiuma. • Non è presente il Wi-Fi e, purtroppo, il segnale 4G nella zona funziona malissimo, rendendo difficile anche le operazioni più basilari online. • La piscina non viene pulita adeguatamente, nonostante l’host sostenesse il contrario. La rete per la pulizia della piscina ci è stata consegnata controvoglia e, come si vede dalle foto, era piena di moscerini. È comprensibile, visto che eravamo in campagna, ma quando l’abbiamo ricevuta era semplicemente sganciata dal bordo: un problema minimo che ho risolto reinserendola correttamente. Nonostante ciò, l’host ha insistito che fosse rotta e ci ha chiesto di comprarne una nuova nello stesso giorno da Leroy Merlin, a 40 minuti di distanza. Per evitare discussioni, ne ho acquistata una nuova su Amazon a 9 €, ma la situazione è stata piuttosto spiacevole, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un accessorio dal valore di circa 10 €.

Klein puntje: inventaries mag misschien wat uitgebreider. Overal waren er precies 4 van.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es gab zahlreiche Ausflugstipps. Die Wohnung ist neu, hell und geräumig.

Es gab für vier Personen keinen Kleiderschrank (nur Kleiderbügel und zwei Regalböden) Geschirr und Besteck jeweils nur 4mal, im Bad kaum Ablageflächen, das Warmwasser reichte nicht für alle und die Bitte nach einer neuen Rolle Klopapier ( wir bekamen eine angefangene Rolle) wurde verneint. Das Haus bietet 2 Appartements für insgesamt 8 Personen, im Garten findet man aber nur zwei Sonnenliegen am Pool. Der Handyempfang ist mäßig und WLAN wird nicht geteilt.

It was new and clean

I dont write bad reviews, but this time i need to. The water in pool was dirty and there was not enought water, so it was impossible to swim. When i wrote to owner, he was not helpful and said that he will in next morning pour the water, but he didnt do nothing, microwave and toaster was missing. In rooms were missing nets for insect in windows. In bathroom was missing shower gel, the hairdryer was not good. In garden was not umbrellas+when we wanted in evening go for dinner to garden, the lights were switched off. Also wi-fi is missing, i needed to be on 4G. Thank you for stay, but one time was enought. Rodge was arrogant and unhelpful host on the other way Anita was very kind and pleasant

The pool, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Private terace. Big garden with BBQ. Silence and mountain view. Owners are very friendly. The apartment is brand new renovated. Ten minutes by car to the beach.
