Labai gera ir rami vieta, iš kurios patogu pasiekti miesto centrą ir lankytinas vietas. Šeimininkas pateikė aiškias instrukcijas dėl raktų, todėl jokių sunkumų nekilo. Esant bet kokiems klausimams, šeimininkas visada buvo pasiekiamas ir greitai atsakydavo. Puiku! Grazie mille!

Posizione vicino Capus Einaudi UniTo. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile (ma dovrebbe investire qualcosa nel suo businness).

Tranne il cucinino, va migliorato proprio tutto. Spazio limitatissimo, ma organizzato che va reso più attuale e dignitoso (e nuovo), cambiando parecchie cose all'interno (accessori d'arredamento, suppellettili inutili da eliminare, verniciare muri e struttura metallica soppalco, cambiare letto divano e poltrona (vedi foto). Se non di fa cosi, vale 30 euro a notte, no 55 o più (come immagino sia nei periodi di "alta"). La doccia (sistema doccino e soffione) è da sistemare. Manca aria condizionata. Impianto elettrico non a norma (prese volanti, cavi vari in giro per l'alloggio, ecc.). Tende alla finestra orribili e sudicie (anti- igieniche).
