Rooms were cleaned daily. All the staff (Danson, JP and Timothy) went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. Food was very good. Breakfast was very tasty.

Bathroom was a bit smelly, but we aired it out easily. No fault of the staff. Just no ventilation.

People are so friendly. And the food and cocktails are surprisingly nice. They will go an extra mile for you. Will go back

All was fine

We stayed at Sand and Sunset and had such a wonderful experience. First of all, a huge thank you to the staff – they made us feel welcome and cared for from the very beginning. A young bartender and the lovely girl working at the bar were always kind, friendly, and full of positive energy. I also want to give special thanks to the pregnant woman at reception – she was incredibly caring and helpful when I had a wound and needed assistance. Her kindness truly meant a lot. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, and everything in the restaurant was served with great attention to quality. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly, and we really appreciated how tidy and well-maintained everything was. One small detail that could be improved was the toilet with a window facing another property, which felt like it lacked a bit of privacy. But honestly, this was a minor detail compared to everything else. I truly recommend Sand and Sunset, especially because of the amazing staff – their warmth and hospitality made our stay memorable. Excellent staff all very accommodating and helpful especially Timothy the waiter keeping an eye on everyone. Hotel on main street with easy access to village and beach. Food was good with a limited menu. You can also use the facilities across the road , pool, sunbeds etc at Kendwu Rocks for a small fee. We walked to the far end of the beach going left where all the locals were fishing, swimming and mending boats. All very friendly. Main beach going right was more tourist beach.

Beach area far too busy for us. Lots of sellers on the main beach. Hotel situated on main road through the village which could be a little noisy early morning and late evening. Mosque very close by with early wake up calls.
