INHelpful staff, great location, close to the railway station, value for money. The rooms are a little small, my bathroom was tiny.
INIt is definitely very affordable place to stay and the reception staff are helpful and available 24 hours...but cleaningness and location is pathetic.. also at times very noisy crowds check in & scream all night....lot of noise from street also. It's place just sleep between travelling. But ll never book again...

Room wasnt ready and dirty. The pillows were filthy and old. Wires were hanging out the wal. Nothing like the ads. Unfriendly reception. Hotel in the worst part of town. Noisy and a drinking place next door. No phone in the room, we had to request a phone. Hotel dirty on outside and inside. Only dirty street view and some dry shrubbery. No lake view as advertised.
USThe young man at the reception desk was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The food was reasonably priced and good, but many items on the menu were not available.
The hotel is located in a slum/industrial area. No restaurants or small markets around there except for a liquor store next door. There are no views and it's a long drive to Shukna Lake Recreation area, not walking distance. There was no adjustment for the ceiling fan speed, always on high. The towels were not soft.
