Mari-Anne Motel

This is one of my favorite places to stay at Hampton. The property is beautifully decorated with colorful flowers and cute little seating areas. So inviting and close to the beach! Will stay again.

Check-in was easy, super friendly and welcoming staff. Easy and convenient parking. Walkable (about 15 minute walk to Casino Ballroom). Overall condition of the premises is poor - peeling paint, sink would not drain, bathroom door doesn’t close. Room was not clean - floor was visibly dirty, hair in the bed when top sheet was pulled down (gross!), hair on the towels in the bathroom. Just overall bad. Paid close to $300 for the night and literally slept in long sleeves and pants because I didn’t trust the linens had been cleaned/changed - didn’t have high expectations based on reviews, but needed somewhere to stay after a concert. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here on the fourth of July weekend. I would very much recommend coming in from the southern side of Hampton beach (crossing from the bridge) that way it is a simple right hand turn. As traffic was bumper bumper from 9 am to 10 pm on the fourth of July. Traffic advisory aside, this was a great place to stay. The property manager Gary was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Amazing sandy beaches a short walk away. Many dining options also within walking distance. I would recommend highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again in the future.

This time the bathroom had dirt in corners, tub drain kept backing up, mold around tub and shower walls. People smoking on same balcony as our room and beside walkways on property we had to use. Not quite up to last year’s standards. Still only there to sleep so… guess it depends on your expectations.

I loved the location of this property. Everything is in walking distance. The beach and breakwater are right in back of the motel for swimming or fishing. We had an issue with the faucet in the bathtub and Gary, the manager, took care of getting it fixed right away. There were also many dining options within walking distance. It was very quiet at this end of the boardwalk. Thank goodness there was air-conditioning as it was very hot and humid when we were there.

This was a quick pick for a dog friendly motel and let me say it was perfect quiet, very convenient to walking to hampton beach and shopping plazas ! Loved the setting of the motel and the owner was so pleasant and kind ! Definitely will stay again !

Would highly recommend Hotels.com to remove these guys from their listings! Where do I start... Basement room(nothing like the pictures on their site). Found 2 roaches in the bathroom. AC smelled like cigarettes. The window lock was broken. Door blind didn't cover the entire window, so anyone or see in. Platic outdoor seats for the kitchen table Faucet was broken. Couldn't shut off the outside light so was blinding while trying to sleep. Definitely was NOT worth the $300+ it cost for the night!

Clean rooms, 2 minute walk to the beach, close to plenty of restaurants. Was able to park 4 hours before check in and get to the beach early.
