The proximity of the place to the beach

The location is very convinient, just a few meter away from the beach, their is restaurants and bars around the corner. And their is a small store and mini mart close to the establishment if you want buy somethings. You can cook and the house itself is clean.

I like that the property is very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). The house was good enough for a family of 11. I like that the house is very clean and has all the things we need for 2 nights stay. The owner was also responsive but since most of the things we need were in the house already, there was no need to coordinate often. Wifi is very fast even if there are a lot of users. Water pressure in all rooms are strong and airconditiong working perfectly.

Maybe consider at least one tv to be available or board games maybe?

Very lovely 3-bedroom townhouse, the open plan kitchen/dining was aesthetic complete with matching tableware and cookware. Basic cooking gadgets were available including a microwave. Hand soaps provided at each of the sinks along with shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. A/C working great and fans are also available. Unfortunately we experienced a blackout during our first night (emergency, not scheduled) but the owner arranged for 2 battery operated fans to be delivered to the house. There were also working emergency lights. There is also an outside shower head so vsitors can rinse sand off before entering the property. Easy to maintain and keep tidy. Great comms by the owner. Property is also to the front of Awesome Hotel which is a lot more expensive - prime location for accessing the beach.

Not really a major concern, but while there was parking for 1 vehicle, the space was not long enough (we had a CR-V) - this wasn’t an issue in itself, although it did mean the gates cannot be shut completely and so stray dogs get tempted by the bins. If you have a smaller/shorter car then this wont be a problem at all.
