A pleasant hotel in a pleasant location. The host and staff are helpfull and can provide most of related services (laundry, bike, food delivery, etc). I can recomend this place

I have booked in hotel white house but after reaching hotel they denied room. Very unprofessional. Never recommend to anyone.

Nice small hotel close to the main market streets. The staff is courteous and they also offered me a Kashmiri Kahwa!

I booked a cab for airport the previous night but next day morning, it didn't arrive. Then I had to again ask them to book one which delayed me a bit.

The breakfast was fine and the location good. The host welcomed us with a nice Kashmiri tea. The room was reasonably fine however we were allocated one big room and one slightly small room though we booked two large rooms. The wifi worked fine. The host was quite accomodative

The lighting in the living rooms was somewhat inadequate. We had booked this place for the initial two days of acclimatization and felt the lack of a functional cable TV. We expected a table top electric water heater for making our black coffee,

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. We stayed there for 3 days and loved the experience

I knew the hotel was well reviewed but it still exceeded my expectations; the room was especially nice and everything clean and comfortable.

I wouldn’t change anything.

Hospitality. Good tea. Drinking water in the room. TV. Spacious bathroom. Hot water.

No chair in the room.
