La douche envoit de l'eau partout au sol, et il n'y a pas de tapis de bain. L'éclairage n'est que d'une petite ampoule. Pas de chauffage, pas de couverture supplémentaire, et il fait très froid en janvier.

The behavior of the staff member named Rachid was completely inappropriate. He treated customers as if they were nothing and spoke in a very loud voice. When I arrived at the hotel, he left me waiting for a long time in the lobby while he was smoking a cigarette and talking loudly with a group of Egyptians. The smell of smoke filled the area, giving the impression that the lobby was a smoking lounge. After finishing his cigarette, he started eating some food. When I told him that I was tired and could not wait, I gave him my reservation number along with proof of prepayment. He had to contact other people and initially told me that he did not believe me because some people commit online scams. Once he confirmed the reservation, he went to the room and then returned to give me the key to room 410 a very small room compared to the price I paid. The room did not feel like a hotel room but rather like a prison cell. I have stayed in this hotel before several times at a lower rate, and the rooms were much larger. I feel that he took revenge on me because I told him I could not wait. Additionally, the room was old, worn out, and dirty. The trash bin was still full, the soap was used, the water was not hot, the faucet did not work, and the lamp had to be removed because it would not turn off.

The building is old the facilities bathing bedding are very old

Когда я приехал в отель,то оказалось, что комната, которую я забронировал и оплатил занята. Мужчина на ресепшн предложил комнату в другом отеле, и сказал, что это моя вина, что я не предупредил, что буду поздно, хотя на букинге я указал время прибытия, но по его мнению я должен был позвонить ему. Он вёл себя неадекватно и агрессивно и оставил крайне не приятное впечатление. Никому не советую останавливаться здесь, если не хотите искать себе жильё по приезду.

Room size was good.

Room was very dilapidated. I had to ask for a towel. The shower flooded the bathroom & into the room. Hot water lasted 5 minutes (a couple of minutes longer than it took to get the temperature right). Area outside had people arguing all night to the point I couldn't sleep & on leaving @ 6AM) my taxi driver parked round the corner & called me to avoid them.
