"Average sray"

Average Breakfast. Road leading to resort is very poor. Parking is bit difficult due to less space. Resort not suitable to old people due to more steps and gradient.

Resort maintenance is good. Full of greenary and flowers.

"Great place to stay with family."

Hotel location, cleanliness, and staff are good. We took Breakfast and dinner buffets, varieties matches local and Indian expectations. Dinner buffer has 3 meat options and having parata, soups and rice's are perfect. The scenic view from restaurant are amazing.

Wi-Fi really sucks, unable to connect 90% of the time. As the facility is built on a mountain it’s difficult to move around inside the facility. The cost usually showing in web portals are exorbitant not worth it. Also they are charging Rs 500 for 12 hours heater, the mobile heater itself may not cost Rs 500, as I can see the quality of heater supplied. Hotel or resort should help guest based on the climatic condition if they tag as 4 star….
