Il n’y avait pas de cafetière, nous avons été obligé de boire du café soluble, un comble en Italie. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas Le fer à repasser était inutilisable car sa semelle était brûlée. Il y avait des trous dans les serviettes de toilettes. Les équipements pour cuisiner étaient nettement insuffisant.

The apartment is in a very nice block which has a great wraparound balcony. We so appreciated the late check out and all the friendly support offered by Sabine and Emanuele

Nothing - it was great

Apartment clean. Good instructions of how to get there and how to enter apartment, etc. Host immediately answered any messages if there was a problem. Comfortable facilities and good Internet.

The kitchen needs more utensils/tableware. Perhaps some small bowls for cereal or snacks (there were only large pasta bowls) and some wine glasses? Also a bowl for mixing things and perhaps a jug. A table lamp in the sitting room didn't work due to a broken bulb. A spare bulb would have been useful. I felt it unnecessary to call the host (Emanuele) just to replace a bulb!

Lots of space, terrace, parking

Big quiet apartment on the upper deck with secure parking. Very clean, comfortable beds and the wooden finish to the upper bedroom was like being in a classic quality boat.

Tv didn't work and mosquitos.

Ideally we wanted to be able to walk from the train station/stay more in central Viareggio but couldn't find an apartment. This one was very large with a lovely terrace and in a good location one road back from the beach, nearer to Camaiore than Viareggio. We didn't need parking but that would be useful for some. Host was responsive.

The wi-fi was very slow. We didn't get the tv to work, maybe it did, we didn't try for long. When cooking using one ring and the microwave the fuse tripped - host replied quickly to help us reset it, but it shouldn't really have gone. We stayed in 8 different places during our travels around Italy and this one was more expensive than the others.

It was clean, sunny and wonderful in general. The apartment has a great location (10 mins to the beach by foot) with a big terrace. There was everything we needed: washing machine, good kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, dishes, air conditioners in every bedroom Communicative owner, who responds quickly to your questions Private parking place on the territory of apartment
