"Amazing staff!"

Rooms are clean and showers are really big but the staff are what really make this place. Anything you need they go out of your way to help you and made our time here so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Oswaldo!

"Bad"

Clean beds. No table or chairs. No space for luggage.

The fact that the neighbor decided to stay up talking and party with staff until 4a. I thought staff would tell him to have respect but I had to get my husband and the translater app to tell to go to bed as we had the boat to nicaragua to get to at 7am. He decided to put music on and them my husband told him again this. We were very disappointed. He's said he paid for room too. We also said this. But 4am on a Wednesday night is not acceptable. Will never come to this place and will not recommend it it.

The location was okay. The guy who works there seems like an alright guy.

Beeing charged more money then the actual price whit no option other then to pay extra to not sleep on the street. The woman working there was unable to see the reservation before overcharging us. The room having no Windows or ventilation of any kind it's basically a bunker. The place is a parkinglot there wasn't even chairs to sit on.

"Pleasant"

Location was good and the outdoor space was nice to sit and relax! The room itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of ants in our room, and the window in the bathroom looked directly into the courtyard (with nothing to cover it) so I didn't feel comfortable showering there. The room was also extremely hot with only a fan, so pay the extra for the Aircon room!
