Hotel La Quinta

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was phenomenol. WIFi signal good throughout the entire property.

The room was crazy hot because the AC isn't turned on until the guest turns it on. Also the corner of the bed frame sticks out pretty far on each side. I bruised both sides of my legs from hitting the side of the bedframe that stuck out too far. The tv is almost impossible to tune in any channels because you can't just turn it on. You have to fiddle with the power button to turn on the tv box and press down for 4-5 seconds before it detects a signal. There was an event at the hotel conference room that occupied ALL of the parking. When we came back to the hotel from dinner, there was nowhere to park. No minifridge or microwave in the room. Room was tiny.

Breakfast was fair. The location was perfect for my needs~ close to hospital~ I ended staying 3 nights due to continued doctor visits and tests.

Breakfast was fair. I didn't like that I couldn't just pay for a possible late checkout~ had to stash luggage in closet, to come back and then rebook the room.

Rooms near the lobby are noisy. You can hear the traffic . I asked the desk clerk to change the room because they are to near the highway and there are 2 private houses behind the specific 141 and 140 rooms so they had a party all night did t get any rest. Room was not changed. They charge a full night fee if you go over the check out time.

Good for a one night stay between Utila and Copán. Got the job done.

Great location. Clean. Restaurant. Parking.. access around the hotel.

Rooms are too noisy. You can hear the traffic passing. I told the staff that i didnt want this room it was too close to the road and parking area. And didnt help on changing the room. My advice dont get rooms near the lobby or the parking area. You will not have a good rest.
