It's about the hot spring pool on the 11th floor, which offers popsicles and Yakult. It's fantastic! I suggest offering both throughout the day. Because I left early morning, I didn't get to try the delicious Yakult! Also, regarding the "late-night snack - ramen," I want to commend the staff—the auntie who cooked the noodles. She actually accepted my sister's strange request: several soft-boiled eggs for her second bowl of noodles! Thank you so much!

神奈川から来て2連泊しましたが、土砂降りの雨の中サッカー観戦をしてホテルに戻り、『このビショ濡れのスニーカーを履いて明日飛行機に乗るのはホントにキツいな…』と思い、フロントの方に靴を乾かすために詰め込む新聞紙はありませんか？と聞いたところ「新聞紙はありませんが古い物で良ければタオルをお使いください」と快く貸していただき、翌日は気持ち良く乾いてくれました！ その方はおそらく立場が上の方のように見受けましたが、こちらの困り事に対して間髪入れずに機転を利かせてくれて嬉しかったです。 チェックアウトの際にお礼を伝えしたかったのですが、会えず終いだったので、この場でお礼を言わせていただきます！ 本当に助かりました！ありがとうございました！ 駐車場スタッフの方も、雨が降っていない時点にも関わらず傘を勧めて持たせてくれたり、ドーミーイン秋田のスタッフの皆様は挨拶はもちろん、宿泊客に最大限寄り添ってくれてることが全ての所作に滲み出ており、こんなに気持ち良く宿泊ができる施設は他には無いと思えるくらい、全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。
