Wonderful location - surrounded by countryside and birdsong! Great sitting out areas! Comfortable bedroom with excellent bedlinen. Delicious breakfast.

It felt rather odd not meeting the owners at all until breakfast the following morning.

Friendly and helpful owner who welcomed us to their farm. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was of top quality and service was quick and efficient.

Nothing about the property, but BOOKING.COM neglect to advertise they do not accept credit cards which lead to some minor embarrassment.

Peacefully located just outside Richmond, with stunning views. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had in a B and B. Very helpful and friendly staff.
