Shada Sea Hotel

Excellent hotel, unexpected but 5 star room and interior, great location close to Neom. Highly recommend as a business hotel.

Great location on the old corniche. The waiter (Henry) and waitress in the breakfast restaurant were exceptional. Exceptionally clean and modern room. The hotel is new; it opened in July 2024. There was a small side window that provided partial corniche and sea view.

I expected floor to ceiling windows with direct sea view. This expectation was based on the photos and description on booking.com. We had a room at the far back of the building with a small, angled window that looked out onto an abandoned villa; there was partial sea view. It appears that most of the rooms are like this.

Clean room, calm people, friendly staff. ALWAYS ask to eat on the balcony!!!

Pillows weren't very comfy. Breakfast isn't a buffet but they serve you what ever you request the only issue that it takes a lot of time. Also not good value for the money paid
