The place was perfect for a holiday with our 9mths old baby, we used big terrace to play with him during the day. It's located near nice local cafes, bakeries and pizzerias, so you can try delicious italian food in no commercial places. Also the localisation is nice - 15mins walk to the beach or old town.

There was no washing devices (liquid, sponges, rubberd etc) so we bought them in Lidl nearby. Also takiing out the trash was a bit confusing but we managed to do it looking where other residents from the house put them.

EDie Unterkunft liegt günstig zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist nach 1,5 km in der Altstadt.

Die Terrasse war in einem schlechten Zustand, die Rollade im Schlafzimmer war defekt, zu den Kesseln und Pfannen fehlten die Deckel. Der beworbene Safe funktioniert nicht. Mit relativ wenig Aufwand wären die Mängel zu beseitigen die Beurteilung für dieses Apartment wesentlich positiver,

Gestori della casa disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza, casa spaziosa con un ampia terrazza e pulita. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e nelle vicinanze diversi supermercati. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito disponibile in zona. Spiagge e principali attrazioni della zona raggiungibili in auto in massimo 30 minuti.

It was in a nice quiet residential area , a short walk to Lidl supermarket for groceries. It was a20 minute stroll to the old town .

The property it self was very nice but not the one we had booked and paid for!! We had booked the ground floor apartment with a huge terrace but upon arrival other quests were staying in it. We were allocated an apartment upstairs with a small balcony in comparison to the ground floor flat. When we said this to the person giving us the keys they left immediately. Contacted the company via booking .com was messaged back saying someone from the company would be in contact - alas no one did. I don’t know how this happened but beware if you book this Casa delve vele accommodation you may not get what you pay for.😡😡😡

Clean apartment with everything we needed. Great kitchen and appliances. Free parking outside. The location of the apartment is optimal. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also the city centre is 15 minute walk or you can drive there easily.
