Worst experience of my life room was soo unclean zero value for money....

Food was excellent overall

The quality of food was good but with less choice in breakfast .

This was my first time travelling to Amritsar with my friend who have come all the way from Singapore to visit Amritsar and I choose bloom to stay for a 3 nights with the Google reviews and the pictures that are posted in the hotel website made me to choose bloom hotel however after a arriving in hotel, I spoke the front desk to check if they have my request as have requested for a twin bed however there was no request was put under my profile as I called hotel a weeks before to make sure that they have everything, sad that nothing was notified, and than we have been assigned a room on the 6th floor and the room was terrible with broken furnitures with dirty toilets and cigarette birds next to the sofa , I felt that the room was not used for years than I called front desk to ask if they have any better room or any other room that we can upgrade , front desk informed that they will be upgrading us to suit and with no charges and they assigned a cabin on 5th floor where the room was same as I have booked and the only different that was there in the room was they had a bath tub, then we decided to take the room as we were so exhausted travelling for 2 days without sleep 😪 , and in the night I'm not sure what they have right above our room allowed music was annoying with all the inconvenience we have to cut short a trip and check out from hotel a day before itself
