Nothing staff was very disrespectful and not understanding did not get to stay cuz I was treated unfairly I cancelled my registration many hours before I was denied my refund

I did not like the disrespectful staff

The staff was phenomenal!

The A/C units don’t put out heat unless if it is on auto instead of heat. But other than that it was an amazing stay. Oh also I didn’t know about the $100 holding deposit until I checked in but that wasn’t an issue at all

The people who worked there. There kindness. They refund my money when we left for another hotel.

Beds where dirty. Black stuff in beds and hair. One bed looked liked someone pee on it. Heater was so high that you had to stand on chair to turn it on. Smoking in room was so bad couldn't breathe. Changed rooms. Bed had hair in it. We left the hotel and went to another hotel.

Walls super thin, our”neighbor” was yelling and using profanities for over an hour and you could hear every word (had my son with me). Could hear whole conversations from other rooms. Hair on the beds, something red/brown dripping down the wall next to one of the beds. Locations behind a gas station and an empty lot, questioned our safety. However staff was friendly and pleasant.

Price, but still not worth it

It was filthy and smelled really bad. Floors were not vaccumed ,the first room they put me un had a dirty bathroom and toilet. We switched rooms and it wasnt much better. Maybe mold? Staff was very unfriendly. I would recommend not staying here and choosing differently. Wish I had taken pictures but I didn't.

Lauren was very nice and helpful. However Sunday morning the "breakfast " was to be open at 630am But nobody was at the front desk and was all locked up. Food was limited Nice layout but not well maintained. Painting in room was poor. No instructions for TV or heat / ac. Towels were very good. No one showed up untill almost 9am.
