Todo tan maravilloso que parecía un sueño. Las cabañas en el agua un escándalo. Camas comodisimas, la piscina un lujo.

Amazing resort and amazing service. We were assigned a personal concierge Rope (Pery) and Raqueeb - the most knowledgeable and attractive hosts ever. The kitchen is very broad to cater to every taste in the world- lots of fruits and vegetarian options. Always a fresh juice Selection. Lots of activities and fantastic snorkeling if you like to go in the watter any time of the day. Villas over the water are amazing!

It has nothing to do with a quality of service, but there is a construction on the nearby island, and we thought that the lights and the sounds at the construction site 24x7 are a bit annoying. But the management was very kind to move us to the other side of the resort.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the resort. It feels very old and is in urgent need of maintenance. The villa windows are old and don’t close properly, allowing air to come in all the time, which makes the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The cleanliness was also below expectations — the villa was not very clean, and there were spider webs in the corners.

Lo staff ed il personale in generale perfetto. Ottimo Tsuki il ristorante sushi, cibo ottimo ed ampissima la cantina.

Il problem solving, scadente, rispetto alla qualità della struttura. Si è letteralmente squagliata una riduzione nella presa della corrente, rovinando un mio apparecchio. Nessuna soluzione al problema né risarcimento. L'ho trovato molto scorretto. La nostra stanza 219 aveva poca spiaggia alle 12.30 era già in ombra, impossibile portare i lettini al sole, molto belle quelle adiacenti con una grande spiaggia e possibilità di avere il sole tutto il pomeriggio.
