Click Hotel Bangalore - International Airport

Front desk staff were excellent. Room and bathroom was clean. Linen and bedsheets was white as opposed to off white. Location good for transit guests like me. Restaurant service was excellent although I found the food a bit bland.

There is construction activity along this road. The noise didn't come into the rooms but this issue probably affects all the hotels along this road.

I had a pleasant stay at Click Hotel Bangalore - International Airport. The room was comfortable, clean, and met my expectations. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from HR Manager Bindu. Unfortunately, I was cheated by a taxi driver on my way to the hotel, and I was quite stressed about the situation. When I asked for help, Ms. Bindu was extremely supportive and made genuine efforts to help me identify and find the taxi number. I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist a guest in a difficult situation. Her support made a big difference to my overall experience. Thank you to the team, especially Bindu, for the care and hospitality.

Clean and beautiful rooms, bathroom. No less than a 5 star hotel, fair pricing, great location. Staff was helpful. Would go again.
