The location to the airport and the friendly staff

I needed to keep some medication cold. The fridge in the room was no better than a cool box. I asked for ice but was told no ice as they didn’t serve alcohol. The local fast food doesn’t serve alcohol but has ice.

"We will not go back. It was a bad night."

One of the rooms we were given had bed bugs, the drain for the shower and sink were blocked, with dirty glasses and cups to be used for water and tea. We spoke with the receptionist who said he would send someone to clean up but no one ever came. He was reminded again when we checked especially about the bed bugs which can spread and hurt people. He seemed unconcerned. We are very disappointed.

The hotel has deteriorated with uncaring staffs.
