Location, comfortable beds

We didn’t get access email. Fortunately met cleaners who gave us access code. Tried to contact owners, no reply. Dishwasher not working, carbon monoxide alarm bleeping & out of date, dirty shower, missing light bulb in landing. Called owner, not interested!

Location was very central

If top floor shower had been fitted with shower door it would have been useful - couldn’t be used without the door. Also needed a 6th chair in kitchen as only 5 and our group was 6

Only one shower was working. One bedroom light didn't work. Could have had better information and directions re parking.

House very comfortable, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Good supply of foodstuffs waiting for us plus good supply of "extras" - dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. Central location which was good. Price seemed very reasonable.

Had difficulty with access to the house via the keypad and had to be advised by hosts how the system worked. The instruction book needed to be updated regarding extra bedding and heating. Disappointing that shower on top floor has not been finished and therefore couldn't be used.
