"Considering the daily charges the total experience was not good"

Fairly clean property but facilities were not updated on regular basis The staff is not prompt to help but on repeat request only action was initiated

Staff training is must if they hv to be successful property hirer Room service needs proper updating Toiletries need to be provided by housekeeping on daily basis In four night stay we had no supply of toiletry inspite of they hv exhausted

"SAFE, COMFORT,HELPING,CARE etc"

Staff of the hotel behaves well they assist us to catch the nearest metro and they help us in booking cab, they support very well, mind-blowing experience. We forget that we into new place, they ease our journey.
