Good instructions on getting keys and accessing door on day of arrival. Near to station just walk away. CCTV so it's safe, take shoes off so as not on the carpet. And just to be respectful. Skylight is really great, blocks out the light then very nice in the morning as the sun came in. Very kindly offered breakfast in the morning too. So nice. Freshly made and nice smelling duvet too.

Very odd as living on floors above family house on bottom floor but Muhammed is very accommodating. Shower room and room are seperate, which isn't clear on booking.com. So have to lock room each time. Bed was creaky and sank in the middle. The walls are so thin. Can hear everything. The room and bathroom were not cleaned so I cleaned as much as I could with wipes and products. The worst bit was the inconsiderate couple humping all night, showering for hours and making noise, talking, music during quiet hours. Muhammed very kindly offered late check out to resolve the problem due to lack of sleep and upset.

Clean and confortable

Pros: - 11 minutes walk to Edmonton Green Overground Station and buses to Tottenham Hale Station - Individual room with a small fridge, sink, and microwave - 90% quiet and smoke free (rooms are not very well insulated) - Dishes and some cutlery, a sponge and washing up liquid provided -Clean towel and bedsheets.

Improvements to be made: - Very silly, but a spoon would've been useful! I am glad I didn't get any cereal - a foldable chair to sit on would be much nicer than the bed - a drying mat would have helped tons when doing the washing up - Bathroom was not private (owner mentions this in another comment). It does have an odd arrangement where you might wet the toilet and surrounding areas if you're not careful. It can take a while to dry after use - Room/ utensils and plate were not very clean. I found the dishes full of crumbs and decided to wash everything up based on that

The house was not clean even the bathroom was dirty also need to be renovated and front of the house was full of grass not cut , for the parking on the street was soo difficult need to strek back to house,

Very nice well equipped room and clean bathroom. The place was self check in which went without a hitch and the wonders.are on.site of you need them anyway .

Maybe a smart TV in the room but it didn't bother me too much just a little
