Lady at the reception, She was helpful, found for us another apartment, after our reservation was cancelled. The other apartment, was smaller, more expensive, but clean, with nice view.

The lessor of the apartment, after 2 months of reservation sent an email asking for another confirmation, otherwise he will cancel the reservation. Of course we were already on the way, in the middle of nowhere, with no attempt to look at the email. So he cancelled the reservation without any further notice, without trying to call us, sending whatsapp, sms or whatsoever. When we have arrived, the lessor was quite unpleasant to the the receptionist, as she took over the communication. This is not the way booking works and effectively this is a subject to be improved. We stood there in the evening with our child and without help from the receptionist we would have been in very uncomfortable situation.
