Arco Alto Rooms

Posizione eccezionale, centralissimo in Bari vecchia. Letto nuovo con materasso e Cuscini veramente Buoni e comodi. Bollitore the e caffè molto apprezzati. Semplicissima la comunicazione con check in e out via wapp.

Non funzionava aria condizionata (caldo) abbiamo avuto un pochino freddo. Doccia non perfettamente funzionante, abbiamo comunque utilizzato il doccino per lavarci.

A lot of noise from outside

Location is perfect. It has a mini fridge with water which is always appreciated. Also had coffee, tee and some sweet treats.

The mattress is very bad. Both me and my girlfriend had severe back pain after sleeping 2 nights in that bed. No exterior window. There is small balcony that opens to the inside of a building and it is covered on top with plexiglass, so not too much natural light.

It was in a good location, the check-in and check-out was quick and comfortable.

It wasn’t clean enough, there were hair on the towels and they weren’t completely white, the bedding had stains on it as well. The room was extremely humid. We only got a half of toilet paper roll for 6 days for 2 persons and when we asked for more they gave us an already used half roll again.

The location was great! Everything was spotless, very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Would really need hooks or rails in the bathroom to hang the towels. One more small stool maybe as there were two of us, and the room is for two people.
