"Casa confortevole ,peccato un po' trascurata"

Posizione strategica,comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e servita dai negozi,vicina al lungomare

Rubinetteria bagno trascurata e difettosa,idem scarico wc,pentolame scarso e datato,balcone cucina sporco e con nido di piccioni pieno di cacca
