Beautiful wel equipped apartment. Friendly staff

Was travelling with an older traveller who had difficulty walking stairs. Did not research that before I booked.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The decor and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Managed by a lovely host: a home away from home, in a safe area with some colour locale just next to the railway station. Despite being so centrally located, the appartment is very quiet. Modernly decorated, with nice wooden floors, fresh paint and cosy touches, this is a place to stay for a longer time if you wish (although a washing machine is not included). We liked the small balcony. It might not have a grand view, but it gives you some space for a quiet chill without neighbours looking at you. The kitchen is well-equipped, and if since you are very centrally located restaurants are in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance (including the food court at the railway station). The famous bridge, the quays and most other hotspots in the centre of Porto are just a 5 to 20 minutes walk away. Care for the beach, a classic tram to the coast leaves in about 15 minutes walking distance. The tram ride itself is about 20 minutes. For a longer stay we would have like an iron board but that's it. In short: this appartment could be our home.

Very roomy apartment, ideal for a couple or a family of 4, very centrally located, close to all the sites.

Excellent central location by Sao Bento station. Communal apartment access /stairs well lit & clean

Bathroom needed a good clean especially the shower, drain cover loose. Towels very thin. Lounge rug fairly marked. Limited utensils. An iron but could not locate ironing board. Balcony area has no view looks out onto blank wall

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, very close to Sao Bento train station, lots of dining options and close to most of the tourist sites. The market-style eatery just around the corner is good for coffee, pizzas and the like. And if you need a taxi - Filipe Pinto +351 91 903 91 39 - he was incredibly helpful.

It's on the second floor with no lift (it's in the old part of town) and there's a coffee machine (very good) but no tea bags (less good).

Great location for Metro, buses and trains. The apartment was very quiet with soundproofed windows and full kitchen amenities. We had 2 requests and they were sorted immediately. We asked for more towels after 3 days and were given another 2 without hesitation. There was some noise from the apartment above and Renata spoke with the owners and the noise stopped immediately.

Nothing, all good. Just don't expect a view or want to sit on the balcony facing a corrugated iron wall.

Location is fantastic, right outside of Timeout and Sao Bento station. Space is good, extra sofa bed is nice. Kitchen is okay

NO LIFT! Apart from the bedding, everything is dirty, especially the carpet and sofa, spider web on the wall as well. Very noisy you can hear your neighbours upstairs.
