DV Angkor Villa

ALL. REMEMBER, NOT ALL INDONESIANS TRAVEL TO CAMBODIA FOR WORK IN CASINO. I TRAVELLED TO CAMBODIA MANY TIMES TO ADMIRE THE BEAUTY, FOOD AND CULTURES.

It was convenient to get to Angor Wat from our place. The airport bus stop is around 800m away, you can easily take a tuk-tuk for $1 from there. However, it is within walking distance. It's pretty challenging to find a Western grocery store. There is a well-equipped Chinese supermarket (Chao Sang Hok Superstore) offering everything, it is about a 15-minute walk and 1.1km away (check the attached map). The place was almost empty, room OK for the price, however, too hot when it was sunny. There's AC, however, it is right above the head and bed when sleeping (not comfy so much). The host was friendly and helpful and brought us the fan because the AC was too cold...

Nights were chilly outside, so that could be great to get some fresh air inside. However, we couldn't open the windows (although we would love to) because they had no screens and you could easily invite mosquitos and other roaches inside. The small room gets quickly hot without any fresh air. The size of the room was a bit small.

Location was a bit out of the way but it was only a 20 minute walk to the main area and it was quiet around the Villa so ideal if you want to have a good nights sleep. Our room was very spacious. We hired a scooter from just outside the villa which was perfect to get around.

Air con was really bad in our room it was so hot and our bathroom was ridiculously hot we had to keep the door closed at all times due to the heat of it in there.

The stuff was really kind and helpful!

The furnitures are a bit older than they seem at the picture.

Services, very helpful and Friendly staff. The staff show me the walking street which sale of good food at night time. Great location Coffee,Angkor museum near by. Recommended this hotel.
