Nothing. There was nothing to like.

There was nothing to like about it. It was not the room i actually booked, it was not even in the same area. I booked a quadruple room, instead what i got was just a double bed at best. I was actually sent to a completely different property in a different area. The room i was given was extremely basic, the tv was lying in on the floor in the corner of the room it was not connected, even the smoke alarm had been removed and just the wires left hanging. It was not the room i booked, or that was advertised on here. Unfortunately because i booked at the very last minute, there was no option for a refund to get my money back.

The property was dirty and a health hazard. I wasn’t given a code so someone else who was staying there came across and let me in. I tried to call and the phone was put down on me. Door handles broken and bedroom door doesn’t lock. Under the bed is filthy, rubbish, tissue paper, grime, dirty and clearly never been cleaned under there despite the owner claiming the cleaner had been that day. Back door is locked with no key - locked fire exit is illegal Broken glass and broken utilities Kitchen cupboards broken Mouldy food in kitchen Oven has never been cleaned - mouldy and black. Things growing in there. Kitchen floor is filthy Broken door handles all over the property Breakfast bar is coming away from the wall. Bath is filthy and toothpaste spit in the sink. Absolutely unacceptable. Owner now ignoring messages after claiming u could have a refund and booking.com are investigating it. We had to book another hotel instead.
