The Failand Retreat Luxury Stay

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice and quiet location.

Glass table in bedroom not necessary, bumped legs on it numerous times. Not any comfortable seating in bedroom/lounge. Tv was too low to watch from bed. Would have been better mounted on wall. Garden ws under trees, lot of dropping from trees. Shower was bit too small.

The bed and chair is so comfortable and the courtyard garden is charming. As an aside there are lots of squirrels in the old growth trees surrounding the property!

The water pressure in the shower is a little low but that is my ONLY gripe everything else is exceptional

Only teabags and coffee pods provided. Would have been nice to have provided more items!eg milk. Only one comfy chair in bedroom/sitting room. An extra chair would be nice instead of sitting in bed! Not everyone wants to sit in kitchen looking at wall while eating!

Plenty of space in the studio room, very comfortable bed, well maintained and good quality furniture and kitchen equipment.

Shower cubicle a tad small but not a problem

Brilliant find only a short distance from Clifton. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The Studio is spotless, very comfortable and well designed. Such a compact space with all amenities. Will definitely book again.

The property was quiet, tidy, in a beautiful location and well equipped. The owners were very informative and friendly. I will definitely stay again if I'm back in the area ☺️

There was not an aspect of this property that I didn't like.

Property overall was spotless cannot fault the cleanliness, large spacious bedroom with adequate kitchen and bathroom.

Property location is a little out the way for shops, food places etc.

Beautifully appointed garden flat with private outdoor access. Well equipped unit and great location for exploring upper Somerset areas. Host was very approachable and solved our technology issues very quickly - quite a modern ‘smart’ place in regard to technology!

Possibly instructions for the appliances, in particular the TV set-up and the washing machine but once that was sorted it was a completely relaxing and enjoyable stay.
