Objekat je uredan i čist

Pise da recepcija radi 0/24, mi smo bili skoro 24h niko se nije pojavio na recepciji. Nismo imali kome da se obratimo jer nikoga nije bilo u hotelu. Bili smo jedini gosti u hotelu, hotel je bio otključan i nikoga od osoblja nije bilo. Kada smo otišli iz hotela primetili smo da smo zaboravili kožnu jaknu i punjač, kontaktirali smo vlasnicu hotela nekoliko puta da proveri i da nam javi kako bismo mogli da uzmemo svoje stvari medjutim povratnu informaciju i odgovor nismo dobili kao ni naše stvar ni dan danas. Kada smo dosli u hotel kao sto sam vec navela na recepciji nije bilo nikoga, kljuc su nam ostavili na pultu, vlasnica me je kontaktirala i poslala nekog decka da nam naplati koji nije znao da otkuca ni racun na aparatu a posto osoblja i zaposlenih u hotelu nema za naše stvari sad nema osobu da pošalje da iskontrolise da li su tamo i da nam ih vrate. Veoma lose iskustvo
