Modern, light and clean

Messaged with key code so access was easy, good communication Bed was super comfy, and plenty of towels and enough toilet rolls provided for our stay. Very clean although it smelt of cigarettes when we arrived, we had the windows open for some time to clear the smell. Many shops close by to get food

There was no tea/coffee sachets like advertised, we didn’t bring any as we expected these, and no toaster. There was no mirrors other than a small one in the bathroom, which made getting ready difficult. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils/ glasses/ cups which made cooking a meall difficult which we wanted to do, not suitable for a long stay. Parking was difficult, had to park a 5 min walk away due to the area being busy, and it was hard to drop the belongings off close to the apartment.

Clean and spacious, super comfortable so very happy.

Basic comfortable flat. Location was good, everything essential in the immediate area and a bus ride to the centre of Bristol.

Clean, comfortable, spacious flat. Worth to mention the bathroom positively. Also, the kitchenette is well equipped. Good location, a lot of stores, some places to eat. Direct bus to city centre. Victoria, our host, is responsive and helpful. I would recommend :)

There is nothing really negative. Maybe a hairdryer, it would be great to have available. Host answers was "not yet", so maybe shortly.

Value for money

No toaster and the bathroom is only accessible by walking through the bedroom

The facilties were great and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location and only a short drive to the city centre.

The WiFi was very bad and we couldn't get much connection. There was a WiFi extender in the apartment so I assume there is one wifif for the whole building. In future it would be better to have individual WiFi for each apartment. There was also no toaster.
