"Nice stay"

Nice house and location. It is also clean. During weekends it is louder.

It is hard to communicate, they didnt understand english. But google translate can overcome that. Breakfast could offer more variety.

"A beautiful 18th century property close to Tropea"

The location is convenient. Free Parking space. Clean. And very quiet Staff very helpful.

Unprepared to receive guests. The property is beautiful but is in a shabby and disorderly state. Clutter all over. Shower water flow was poor. Water tepid/warm. NO CAPUCCINO available for breakfast. No eggs available. No fruit. Poor show. Staff was embarassed and apologetic.

"Exceptional"

Very nice place with friendly staff and great sea views from the garden. Only stayed for one night, but it would have been nice to stay longer. The breakfast was great as well.

If you dont't have a car, it can be a bit tricky to reach.
