Posizione, pulizia e gentilezza dei gestori

Appartamento spazioso, accogliente, arredato in modo piacevole e moderno. È collocato proprio nel centro di Foligno e consente di raggiungere facilmente le maggiori località turistiche della zona (Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, ecc...). ll proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile.

Il parcheggio gratuito è a circa 7 minuti di distanza a piedi. Nulla di problematico, ma è giusto saperlo nel caso si abbiano molti bagagli da portare con sé.

The apartment is super spacious and well equipped with a nice kitchen, TV‘s in living room and bedroom and a very comfortable bathroom. Everything seems to be completely new. The location in the City Center is nice. The owner is really friendly and gives recommendations for food if wanted. The price is extremely fair.

Everything was perfect.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main piazza, also from a supermarket. Station was around 15 minutes walk from the property. It was very warm and comfortable and, had I needed it, help would have been available next door.

The only difficulty for me was safely reaching plates which were on a high shelf. As I am elderly, I could not use a chair to get higher; a small step would have been helpful. A kettle would also have been useful, but I was able to boil water in a saucepan so this was not a significant problem.

This is a lovely place, with warm and welcoming proprietors. If you need to be in the city centre, the location is ideal.

The unit doesn't get much sunlight, because the streets are so narrow. But it's ok.
