One of the barmen/servers was very nice and helpful which was great with being in a foreign country and all.

The breakfast was not so good, the rest of the staff was not very helpful and a bit rude quite frankly. You have to ask for cleaning services as they don't clean on a daily basis. We did not get to swim as the pool took days! To be cleaned. The aircon in our room was not working properly and they tried to trick us into paying more for the property than what was on our booking confirmation. I would not book there again

I love everything but more impressive with all the staff in the hotel. Everyone is so nice, polite, very friendly &helpful. This hotel got a gym swimming pool and restaurant plus breakfast, they even brought to the room .🙏 . 5 start!
