Location is excellent. The property is well equipped, with more than enough crockery etc.

The mattresses on the twin beds desperately need changing. It was fine for the four year old, but not good for adults. The kitchen is well equipped but as we were self catering a pair of adult sized kitchen scissors and a potato masher would be good. Needs a deep clean, we didn’t have pets but when the grandson was playing on the rug there were a few pet hairs. Parking is an issue. Don’t rely on having a space right by the house as it’s a free for all, and you aren’t guaranteed to be outside your property. An earlier check in would be useful as all the spaces outside the property were taken by the time we arrived at the designated 4pm check-in time. Fridge thermostat seems faulty- even on the coldest setting it wasn’t cold, just cool (for example, it wasn’t cold enough to keep the butter set).

Everything you could need is available, decent weather also helped. Beds nice and comfy laundry and towels provided and were spotless

some things missing but were soon rectified after a phone call to host, a lot of windows were misted units need replacing. only other issue was parking not good if you are trying to load and unload from car having to park up near beach/pub and carrying to cottage. No complementary goody box only second week of summer holidays.

The location and the property were fantastic. Very close to all facilities and the property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
