Not a lot.

There is a long list. It was dirty. Kitchen was very dirty and poorly maintained. The apartment generally was poorly maintained and facilities that were supposed to be there were not. There was no kettle, no iron , the gas hob only had one ring working that would only light with a match and wouldn’t stay on. The shutter in main bedroom not working. Dirty towels from previous people in wardrobe. Various tatty things left around the apartment. Various holes in walls taped over with sticky tape.It was also not made clear that it is above a very noisy pizzeria and noise was until early hours. There was someone else things in the fridge. The dishwasher was dirty. There was no useable washing machine. It was in the balcony covered over with filthy plastic and not useable. I have many photos but can only upload 4 on the site. I notified owner and she said she would refund me, but hadn’t done even though she asked for bank details. She is now ignoring my request for refund and doesn’t answer me. I have now gone to customer service at booking.com.
