Great location and was very comfortable

It is advertised as having free street parking thus is not true it is on a residential permit only street and all surrounding streets are covered in max 3 hour parking. And no one before our visit would clarify anything and there was nothing at property to warn about this so I ended up with £100 parking ticket. This needs to be sorted and not to advertise free street parking when this is not available

Clean modern apartment with up to date facilities. Edinburgh was within walking distance and bus stops are within walking distance if needs. Very quiet street also.

It states on street parking but don’t be fooled! You need to apply for a permit before you go so if you don’t know your registration or you’re hiring a car, then you will have to park elsewhere and hump all your luggage from the car park which is apparently a 10 min walk away somewhere. I ended up with a ticket because of this as I was only told it was “parking on street” and it states this in here too.

Great location and amenities, comfortable and clean space, parking on premises

Heated floor in the bathroom, dishwasher , different array of mood lights, really nice coffee, dropping off extra towel, good heating system, bed was really comfy, really good shower, immaculately clean all over

Pods for coffee machine didn’t work, door not the easiest to unlock, time of the towel drop off( maybe need a safe space for a drop off) bigger glasses, tap in bathroom was the wrong way round (cold was hot vic-a-versa )

Comfortable, convenient with excellent facilities.

My only problem was that the front was jammed in the frame so that although I could partially turn the lock the door was stuck fast. After advice from the contact agent I pushed the door hard and freed it. Some simply maintenance could fix the problem.
