GBGood location, easy access, excellent facilities, hosts easy to contact if you need anything, well stocked all in all a great stay.
Beds were not that comfortable as one of the rooms had children's beds which are not suitable for adults -hurt my partner's hips a lot throughout the night... also no microwave or first aid kit was available on the property.

Worth for money and best holiday stay in my 2024 trip.
GBGBWe stayed at the cottage for four nights . The accommodation was clean and tidy and we were impressed with space we had in the living room and dining area . The beds were very comfortable with enough plug sockets and not one was inaccessible. There was ample wardrobe space with hangers for more shirts than I brought. Whilst the whole wardrobe space even accommodate my wife’s summer collection!! There was a second bedroom which was not used apart from one night when I began snoring , an ongoing matrimonial issue!! The bathroom was modern and clean with a walk in shower with control I mastered in seconds . The kitchen area was clean and well appointed with plenty of glasses and cups knives forks and spoons to compete the kitchen. The garden area was stone patio area with a grass lawn. A well tended garden which was very attractive at sundown for a gin and tonic. There is patio furniture which completes the outside back of the house. There is a large stone patio to the front of the house with lovely sunsets . This attraction is weather driven with a higher over the houses aspect to a distant fell view. The walk to Kendal is around 1.5 kilometres and is fairly flat . Kendal is a hidden gem with plenty of shopping eating drinking histrionic things etc. The house is in a quieter location (seagulls not included) Thanks again for the holiday. It’s a ten from Len!!!
Nothing really . We had great weather. But it could mean use of your car in rain . Ours only moved to go to Asda.
GBGreat view, clean and comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend this place. Our dog loved the garden, which was a safe space for him to run around and for us to sit to enjoy the weather.
They are quite a few stairs to the property, so if you have mobility issues, this place is not for you.
USGreat house with all the amenities you would like to have. Great price for what you get. Much better than a hotel. Very comfortable!
