Really nice view and well equipped kitchen. Apartment was clean.

Owner requested sending my ID via whatsapp or some strange website or he will not provide us the keys. This is an unacceptable practice, plus the owner was super arrogant. Apart from this only negative was a missing heating in the apartment. Also,there is no dedicated parking spot - you have to park at the street.

A nice, clean apartment with a separate entrance; we parked a few streets away. The owner (manager) was friendly and helpful and responded relatively quickly. The view from the terrace on the Funchal is really good.

Keep in mind that the double-bed is only 140 cm wide, and the frying pan could be in better condition. The road below the apartment is busy, and you can hear cars.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und gemütlich. Gute Betten, gute Küche, schöne grosse Terasse. Bestens geeignet für 4 Personen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Tomas, der immer sofort antwortete. Einfachr flexibler Checkin.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe zur Autobahn und ist zusätzlich an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Allzulange sitzt man nicht auf der schönen Terrasse, denn es ist laut. Läden und gemütliche Restaurants gibt es keine in der Nähe. Parken auf der Strasse ist möglich aber nicht einfach.

Very convenient location. Really good view from the balcony. Shame about the lack of restaurants available close by.

Coffee machine kept failing. Owner was very helpful in providing a new one but, sadly, that worked even worse than the initial one
