Nice swimming pool, not too crowded. Very polite and supportive staff. Location is great (it it not far from the metro station which means quite a lot of different possible routes are available for you. And because it is in the city you can go for a dinner in some nearest restaurant or order food delivery and it will be there pretty fast.

First of all was a bit surprised that swimming pool area required extra charges. The pool is definitely its' advantage and I am not sure why I would book the room there is the pool is not available. Anyway, that's a minor thing, but ideally should be included in the room price. Another disappointment was no breakfast option at all. I understand that it can be for extra charges, but there was no option available at all. Still, because it is located in the city you can go to the nearest cafe or grocery store and find something.

Staff is nice, polite and helpful, the pool is clean, rooms are comfortable

In my opinion, price for the pool should be announced on website before, but it's OK in general, not a big deal)

The people where amazing, 5 Star service for a 2 star price. Location is good not far from the city. Swimming pool was great with this hot weather. Secure parking

All was perfect, good shelter during air alerts, the staff could practice to learn a bit more English, but Goole translate was working and they did their best.

An outdated and neglected room, it was not possible to connect to the internet from the room.
