Ibrahim in reception was super kind and helpful

The 9.5 rating is a joke. More like 6.x The heating didn't work in winter!, we were freezing. The reality is very different from the pictures. Don't trust the pictures nor the rating. Poorly maintained. The curtains were dragging in the floor, the one in the bedroom was bad and didn't block the sun in the morning.
