Bien ubicado, agradable, buena comunicación con el dueño

Había bastante ruido en la escalera, los vecinos y las obras de fuera. A primera hora ya era muy difícil dormir.

Cama cómoda. En general, bien. Anfitriona atenta a nuestras dudas. Parking gratis cerca fuera de zona ZTL.

Es un bajo, hasta ahí bien. Pero la puerta del alojamiento es la que aparece en las fotos (para que no se piense que es del portal), semitransparente... por lo que la privacidad está un poco en entredicho. Estabámos de ruta por Sicilia, en Julio, por lo que echamos de menos también ese pequeño gran detalle que nos encontramos en TODOS los demás alojamientos de dejar un par de aguitas fresquitas en la nevera jajaja, pero bueno, tampoco tienen por qué. La ducha acumula agua, lo cual podría ser un problema si se es más de dos personas. La limpieza tampoco era nada del otro mundo, se podía mejorar. La entrada nos costó unos minutos de más dado que el portal no se abría, pero tras ese incidente y que estuvimos sin luz un par de horas (había obras en el edificio) todo lo demás fue bastante bien. Para finalizar el viaje nos dejamos los quesos que compramos en la nevera :(, será nuestro regalo para los próximos huéspedes o para el anfitrión.

The wall are damp and moldy. So the apartment smells a little.

The host is amazing and available for any questions. Really kind lady and provided all the information. She also helped me with getting around.

I could manage the stairs up to the mezzanine floor but I would say someone elderly may not be able to especially if you are half sleepy and need to use the toilet at night.

We had a wonderful time at BLU Fronte Mare. Although I booked at the very last minute, Claudia sent clear and helpful instructions almost immediately, which made our check-in process smooth and easy. The apartment had everything we needed - and more. From the great location and cleanliness to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches (like candies!), everything felt carefully prepared for a perfect stay. Communication with Claudia was efficient and prompt throughout. Since I love Palermo so much, I’m already planning to come back soon - and I know where I want to stay next time!

The owner seemed nice based on the messages , but the place and its surroundings did not look as in the advertisement. The floor was filthy, the dishes too, in the kettle was old coffee, there was a half full open bottle and a box of wine probably left by the people that stayed at the place before . The shower was dirty with scale and rust. The first night a roach appeared in the kitchen. I hoped it was an isolated incident, but then more roaches appeared in the kitchen and bathroom. Not only large ones, 3-4 cm, but newly hatched, which means, that roaches are not just present but are breeding and multiplying in the place. Roaches carry diseases, germs and can cause allergic reactions.We contacted the owner, she sent the cleaning lady with a half-empty bug spray, but we had to spray the room ourselves.The lady wanted to put her on the phone, so I could talk to her, but she refused. We had to buy another bug spray, but even that didn´t help. The owner showed no effort in solving the problem,just sent a link for a hostel with shared bathroom where we could move. The lack of concern for our comfort was shocking. She acted as it was my job to spray the roaches, and the health risks of insecticides and roaches did not bother her at all.I booked the first free flight and we left the accommodation in the half of time we were supposed to spend there. At home a roach crawled out of my lagguage I contacted the owner saying that I would draw conclusions of it. Her response: do as you see fit, with a winking smiley in the end of the sentence - absolute mockery.I posted the real pictures of the accomodation and a review and she started to threatening me saying that she is a lawyer and if I post a negative review, she will do me harm. She accused me of things that are not true. Not only she did not compensate in any way or refund us, she was arrogant and rude.Our experience was extremely unpleasant, we felt uncomfortable and it left us with stress and possible health issues.

I loved the apartment, really cool, original and comfortable, bellisima stanza veramente.

The property is in a good location and is modernly furnished; however, despite its proximity to the sea, there is no beach nearby.

Although the amenities listed a sea view, we were met with a view of the street. Additionally, the property is on the ground floor, so you can't comfortably open the windows as they open directly onto the outside. Moreover, the patio shown in the photos does not match reality; it is filled with scooters and trash bins, with no plants at all. I also believe the property is not 70 square meters, as the lower floor is around 40 square meters, and the upper floor is just a mezzanine with a bed. The property owner promised us compensation for the lack of the sea view, but after contacting Booking.com, we found out that she ultimately refused. We also experienced a power outage, and for the first several minutes, the owner didn't respond we had to intervene ourselves with the neighbors. However, we were given an extended stay by three hours as compensation.
